This fiberglass tape insulates exhaust pipes and maintains higher temperature inside the pipes allowing all fuel to burn and create greater horsepower.
Note: To seal product from the elements and extend the life of exhaust wrap, use HELIX Very Hi-Temp Exhaust system paint.

I would have liked better clarification on part ordered and shipping time. Also on the replacement part, filler neck, the vent tube had a slightly larger flare at the end which was nearly impossible to fit in the OEM fuel vent hose.
