Shopping was easy and being able to pay via Amazon is convenient. I do have to say autoplicity shipping emails and tracking webpage is behind. By the time they notified me that it shipped I had already received the products 2 days before. That's not a bad thing. It's always better to receive stuff before they said it shipped any day.

This was my first time shopping with Autoplicity after finding them on a froogle.com (google shopping) search for low priced Hawk brake pads. The shopping experience was great, checkout was smooth, and the prices were unbeatable. I only give five stars for perfect experiences, and this was almost there. My only gripe is the order was placed on Friday and not shipped until Tuesday, with the shipping confirmation email going out Wednesday. I guess I'm spoiled by Amazon same/next day shipping and instant notifications. It would seem the notification issue could be fixed easily... Thanks Autoplicity - I'll be back!

Hi - I just want to say what a great job your customer service person - Rob Fratu did for me.  I purchased a set of Mickey Thompson Indy tires thru Autoplicity's internet site.  To my misfortune; the tires were out-of date (manuf. in 2005)when they were shipped from the warehouse. One of the tires immediately began to split around the outerside wall once it was mounted.  I emailed pictures to Rob ; and he took care of the entire situation and got 100% of my purchase refunded to me.<br>I want to thank Rob for all his assistance and for Autoplicity for taking care of the customer and standing behind their business!!  I must admit - I was a little worried and expected the worst? thanks again - best regards - Willis Hiscock
