Order confirmation was unclear. It did not provide the carrier or a tracking number that was recognized by USPS, UPS, of FedEx. Used contact form on website to request clarification, but received no reply. Order took a little longer than expected to ship, but once it did the transit time was excellent. Product I received was exactly what I expected. Thanks.

The site was very easy to shop and the prices are great compared to other sites. The item arrived much faster than expected. The only picture of the product on the website was not the actual product and was something totally different but the item description and the information requested (make, year, model etc.) assured me it was the correct item. Overall 100% satisfied.
