Order Processing and Shipment
Orders are PROCESSED in 1 business day and can take up to 3 Business days to SHIP. Upon shipment, you will be emailed a tracking number. Items that show "Ships From Manufacturer" can take longer depending on the manufacturer availability and schedule of shipment.
The vast majority of orders ship same business day if ordered before noon EST, otherwise the next business day.
How to Request a Return
Certain merchandise such as special orders, custom merchandise, electronics
etc. may be non-refundable and not eligible for return. Please refer to our "Exceptions" section for further details on if your item is
eligible for return.

2. Enter your order number and zip code, and then click 'Continue'
3. Select the item(s) you wish to return, select a reason for the return and enter a comment
4. Submit your return request and we will get back to you within 1 business day
Once your package is received and inspected, the returns department will issue an approval for refund, less applicable shipping and/or handling fees. Your refund, once approved, will be credited to your card within 5 business days of receipt of your package.
Items shipped to any address other than the address noted will not be eligible for refund. Items refused for shipment will not be eligible for refund.
Approved returns are eligible for refund once received in warehouse and inspected by our returns staff. Refunds, once approved, are issued for the amount of the purchase less any incurred shipping fees (outbound or inbound) and any applicable restocking or handling fees. Discontinued products are non-returnable.
Warranty Claims
In many circumstances Cycleplicity.com will be able to assist in the filing of a warranty claim with a manufacturer or the return of a defective item however Cycleplicity.com does not certify or warrant any action, refund or replacement on behalf of a manufacturer.
Advanced replacement parts are not available. Please note that in cases of items being replaced under warranty the customer may be responsible for the shipping cost of the return shipment and/or the replacement order.
Most products at Cycleplicity.com are eligible for return within 30 days of the shipment date. Contact our Customer Service Department via [email protected] to receive information regarding eligibility of your product for return.
Lost packages
We are committed to ensuring your order reaches you promptly and securely. Once your package is handed over to the designated shipping carrier, responsibility for its delivery lies with the carrier. We are not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
Optional Shipping Insurance:
For your peace of mind, we offer shipping insurance at checkout. If selected, this service covers loss, theft, or damage during transit and allows us to handle the claim process on your behalf. Choosing shipping insurance means you won’t need to go through the steps below—our team will coordinate with the carrier and take care of the investigation for you, ensuring a smoother and faster resolution.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please take the following steps:
1. Verify the Shipping Address: Ensure that the address provided during checkout is correct.
2. Check with Neighbors or Household Members: Sometimes packages are received by others on your behalf.
3. Contact the Shipping Carrier: Reach out to the carrier with your tracking number to inquire about the delivery status.
4. File a Claim with the Carrier: If the carrier confirms the package is lost, you may be eligible to file a claim directly with them. If the package has been delivered and there is photographic evidence on FedEx or UPS websites, we recommend filing a police report with your local department.
While we will assist you in any way we can, we cannot issue refunds or replacements for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. The investigation may take up to 7 days to conclude. If the lost/stolen package cannot be recovered through the shipping investigation, the customer is required to complete and return an affidavit to receive a refund.
