Received wrong part. contacted customer service, unable to process directions. Attempted to contact Tec. service, on hold for thirteen (13) min. then disconnected.At this point , I am still unable to rectify this problem.

I confirmed and reconfirmed I was ordering the correct part. Your website said I was. When I received the part, for a relative, then drove 1.5 hours to their home to put it on I found the part to be the incorrect specification. I brought the part back home with me, have to spend the time to exchange it, wait for the new part, then drive 1.5 hours away from home a second time to install the new part. Very time consuming and costly to me. I don't know that I will order other parts in the future. Mostly not.
