Paypal (or any other choice) doesn't work.
Batteries were extremely well packed. Not sure if that was you or Optima. I've ordered optima batteries before and they weren't that well packaged. Also fast delivery time. I usually order them from Summit racing but them and JEGS were out of stock. I found you through a google search. Very happy

Had trouble ordering to Puerto Rico. Ended up shipping it to my brother. Tried to get help on the phone twice and the person was not very helpful and sounded annoyed by me. Problem 1: When using credit card it had an error about fraud with both Amex and Visa. Problem 2, I tried Paypal, had and estimated shipping cost, went through the Paypal site and when it got back to your site it said it couldn't estimate the shipping cost so I couldn't finish the transaction, even though it had estimated it 3 screens before. I would have preferred for you to just ship it directly to me but that was impossible.
