The product is fine and delivery time was ok. But I have been trying to contact customer service for a couple weeks now and have received no response back. I have a question about the product. I called and after being put on hold for 45 minutes by a customer service representative, I hung up and called again to find out that the office was then closed and my call had stayed on hold.

I ordered the Truxport tonneau cover for my Nissan Frontier. I am very happy with Autoplicity,they have the best price by far on this product,and they promptly sent me an email when it was shipped.....the ONLY thing I wish they would have done but didn't is to include a tracking number. I think the reason they didn't include it is that it was shipped directly from the manufacturer,but they did give me the tracking number when I called and asked for it. Overall a very positive experience
