Autoplicity was an easy and simple transaction! It is appreciated when an online retailer is responsive to customer's needs. I have a corporate credit card with separate billing/shipping address requirements. After my initial purchase I was then solicited to fill out an additional Credit Card form. very inconvenient.

The part number was for a Moog suspension component. That's what I thought I was getting. Turned out to be a no-name brand.
Tie rods aren't that complicated so I decided to install the no-name brand.
Other than the nasty brand name surprise, all went well.
