the packaging used to ship product was insufficient i realize it was shipped in the distributors packaging but when i recieved it it was all beat up

I believe customers should also receive a printed copy of their receipt, even if it has to be sent separately. Also, i called about further information on the product and was met with lost and confused people that didnt really know anything.. Thats a bad look.
