Ordering was very easy. After 5 business days of not receiving my tracking number for my order, I called to inquire and was told that my order was not shipped yet. The next day, finally got a tracking number just to find out that my order was shipped 4 days ago. I was happy....but it seemed like when I inquired, whoever I talked to did not even look at my order. That I was not happy. Other than that, the window visors worked great and only too about 5 min to install.
