Customer service was great. I was a little disappointed that the order took a few days between when I ordered it and when it shipped. But overall I was very satisfied with customer service and the overall experience. I would order again. Thank you!

The price was great the roofrack was 25$ cheaper than anywhere else. Ordered on Sunday. Got a email stating it was shipped on Monday and received it on Wednesday . Was very surprised and pleased after reading so many bad reviews on Autoplicity shipping and communicating of shipping. One thing most of the reviews did agree on though was how they had the best price and thats why I chose to go with them because well 25$ is 25 bucks in my pocket
