The phone associate I spoke with was courteous and very efficient. I obtained the info I requested quickly. He confirmed that the items were in stock and ready to go and could be shipped the next day. He suggested that I go ahead and use the on-line order system as it would be faster as his system was slower than normal at that moment. I did this and was through the process quickly. The whole process inspired confidence and satisfaction.

Overall experience is good, however the switch I purchased doesn't have any wiring instructions and I couldn't find any on your site so i had to do a fair amount of searching to get what I needed. Otherwise all good.
