When ordering the part the system rejected my credit card. I entered all the information again and submitted the order. Then a few minutes later I rcvd email confirmation for both orders. I called customer service and gave them both order numbers and they said that there was no confirmation related to my second email. Then the next day I got an email stating that there was fulfillment issues with one of the orders. I also ordered the part 2nd day air. Came regular ups ground.
