Was bothered about the shipment coming with a lot of damage to the box and it had foot prints all over it. I reached out with concern and was told I could return it but will be charged to restock/service. This is uncool considering the condition it arrived in from the warehouse or etc.

Great price and quick delivery. The only issue I had was that I did not receive a shipping confirmation and tracking info. I had to contact customer service and they weren't even clear on shipping info. While I was waiting for a reply, the tire showed up at my house. I received shipping confirmation the day after it arrived.
