Was bothered about the shipment coming with a lot of damage to the box and it had foot prints all over it. I reached out with concern and was told I could return it but will be charged to restock/service. This is uncool considering the condition it arrived in from the warehouse or etc.

everything was great, the package / box that was delivered was damaged, a big hole in it, but it doesn't seem to have damage on the item.. thank goodness. thank you, it was speedy
