Was bothered about the shipment coming with a lot of damage to the box and it had foot prints all over it. I reached out with concern and was told I could return it but will be charged to restock/service. This is uncool considering the condition it arrived in from the warehouse or etc.

I ordered 2 day shipping and got it after the 2 days. I requested my shipping charge be refunded and I got a reply saying it will be. I'm happy now!

Only complaint I have is the fact that the item was at my house before there server ever showed it had shipped. And I had the item for over 4 days b4 I ever received tracking information. But the order was at my door 3 days after I ordered it.
