Was bothered about the shipment coming with a lot of damage to the box and it had foot prints all over it. I reached out with concern and was told I could return it but will be charged to restock/service. This is uncool considering the condition it arrived in from the warehouse or etc.

Only thing was I thought I was getting a black one and a white one was sent. The picture was black when I bought it on line and didn't see any pic black or white options

I do not order from new websites very often, due to many scam websites. However Boatplicity was accurate on information, and great customer service on the phone. Confirmed they deliver to our location, and received package on the date that was told to me. I will recommend this website to others.
