Order processing and shipping is phenomenal! Even ordering late Friday over a weekend, they processed the order that day, it was shipped and in my hands by Tuesday morning without paying any form of expidited service.

The way it was described it come with everything you needed and it took over a week to get the product to find out it did not come with the lower unit so now it's going to take another 5 to 10 days to get the rest of the product it should've come with everything it's not a replacement air conditioner
