So the low stars because, I received the products in two different boxes, which there didn't seem to be any reason as they would have fit in one. The order didn't indicate that there were two different boxes and they showed up days apart. I then contacted you via customer support being worried and no one reached out.

Everything went well with the exception I paid for 2 day shipping and received my package 4 days later, other than that all good.

Everything went well. I'm not sure why a blower fan would be made with any metal that could corrode and yet that's what happened to the old one that is NOT that old.
