great pricing, slow delivery despite paying $77 for expedited shipping

Needed 80 pcs as shown available on the website, only 36 on hand when trying to place order. Asked to have the shipping corrected, was showing $222 for shipping charge. $59.28 seems high for ground, was offered 20 off ship, still seems high for only 36 pcs.
