On Monday I placed an order for a Moroso Battery Switch (which was competitively priced BTW) and sitting here Wed afternoon I've got my switch in hand. Autoplicity was perfect every step of the way, including immediate notification of the order receipt, notification of shipment, even notification that it had been delivered (and it was waiting on my front porch). I did a google search for the part I was looking for. In this case a Borgeson steering box for my Dodge 2500. Autoplicity had the best price. I ordered it and it arrived shortly thereafter, no problems, no hassles. Great service, thanks<br><br>Brendan

I ordered a Thule 872XT 44" Fairing from them because they had the best deal on a new one and their shipping was fair. I live on Long Island N.Y. and got my order in 2 days! I did not expect the fast shipping but i am very thankful for it! I received an email when i paid, when my order shipped and then when my order was delivered to my door. I never heard of this online vendor until i was searching for the Thule but they had very positive reviews so i had little to lose. I will look to them first for future needs. A+!

I was a bit concerned buying from a online retailer I had not done business with before, but Autoplicity is now on my list of preferred vendors. I was sure there would be some problem, as the part I ordered was $73 cheaper than anywhere else online (too good to be true). Well, the part arrived super fast, and was exactly as I ordered. I did not hear from them immediately after ordering, but received confirmation and tracking info when the item shipped, which was two days after ordering. All in all, a great, money saving experience.<br><br>Update:<br>While I am still pleased with the service I received, I find it odd that Autoplicity emailed me and offered me a refund of $5 for writing a review. It has been a couple of weeks since I posted my review, and I have yet to see any credits on my credit card.
