great price, received item and latch was broke. I just contacted my sales rep to se if I can get a replacement latch WITHOUT having to box up and ship back entire order

very easy and fast purchase but concerned as fedex requires no signature for delivery and is not careful to which house yard it leaves packages in the front of ,so far anyway.
