The original email you sent when I ordered said someone needed to be home to sign for delivery. Since this was going to be difficult for me , I took a vacation day to stay home to sign when the delivery took place. When the FedEx delivery came, no signature was required and the final delivery email indicated "No signature necessary." It would have been MUCH BETTER if that had been noted on the initial email. Vacation days are precious and this one was totally wasted. NOT pleased! The product is great...delivery information was sadly lacking and caused a major inconvenience for me.

Everything was quick, simple and straightforward. I liked having a picture of the item I was looking for. I entered my specific vehicle as well to check compatibility. Price was much lower than everyone else. And I was able to pay with Paypal, which I feel is much more secure for online shopping.
I received the item quickly, delivered to my door. The lugs have already been installed on the vehicle and were exactly as ordered. I would use this company again.
