Shopping was fast and easy, however tracking my package was a nightmare.  Went to their site and put in last name, order number, and zip code and there internet system could not match me up with anything.  Called customer service and they could not provide any information.  Said they would send me an email when they found out anything.  Called later that day because I had not received an email, still no answers.  Had them call the warehouse to get information because they just sent the warehouse an email.  Surprise the warehouse did not pickup the phone.  While I was waiting on the customer service rep to get back to me after calling the warehouse (I was on hold) the door bell rang and it was UPS delivering my product that no one could give me any information on.  These folks need to fix something really bad.  Anyway I gave the product 5 stars but everything else gets a 2.

Best price and super fast shipping.  Only issue was that their online order status system was really far behind!  The system said my order was "pending" and it had been shipped.  Later it said "processing" and it was on my doorstep.  Not a big deal and certainly better than the opposite (they tell you something has happened when it hasn't) and doesn't keep them from being a 5 star seller in my book.
