I never had information of the shipping because the shipping company was marked as Unknown and the tracking number you gave did not match with any shipping company.

Great price for an Exide AGM battery, and also Bosch ICON wipers, with reasonable shipping, BUT when I added a second wiper the shipping cost DOUBLED, so I just ordered one for now. Also, it would be nice to have a time estimate for shipping, since I have no idea where you're located, and hence, how long this order might take.

Very fast, clear and secure order placement but there was a problem with the mails. My shipping address was different than my billing address. On the confirmation mail the names were changed while your website showed it correct. It was a little confusing. Also Tracking info was confusing since the delivery company was "unknown" while the tracking number was there. I found out that it was USPS and had no issues. These are some little improvement areas, other than that I am very satisfied with the service. I will definitely shop again.

I pieced a roof rack setup from all over the internet, and Autoplicity consistently beat every other vendor on price and shipping, even most auctions on eBay!<br>I found the site confusing when searching for items directly (why was the "Roof Racks & Cargo Carriers" dropdown empty, when Google showed their ads for tons of these products?). Since they always came up at the top of a Google Shopping search for products, using their website's internal navigation wasn't ever necessary.<br>Customer service guy was a little snippy, but I could have just been interrupting his lunch.
