This purchase went well. The shipping was extremely quick and the product arrived as I expected it to. My clutch kit was packaged in the manufactures box, however it was wrapped in brown paper so it did not have any evidence of what the box actually was. I really liked this, very good practice. Thank you for the best price, by far, that I found while still providing a speedy and reliable purchase.

Hi - I just want to say what a great job your customer service person - Rob Fratu did for me.  I purchased a set of Mickey Thompson Indy tires thru Autoplicity's internet site.  To my misfortune; the tires were out-of date (manuf. in 2005)when they were shipped from the warehouse. One of the tires immediately began to split around the outerside wall once it was mounted.  I emailed pictures to Rob ; and he took care of the entire situation and got 100% of my purchase refunded to me.<br>I want to thank Rob for all his assistance and for Autoplicity for taking care of the customer and standing behind their business!!  I must admit - I was a little worried and expected the worst? thanks again - best regards - Willis Hiscock
