Shipping went up $8 for brake pedal pads that cost $3.25. I took them off the order as I can buy them from the local auto parts store for $4.50. Shipping goes up too much when you add small inexpensive items to the order.

Service was fast, shipping was fast, price was very reasonable. There was a problem with the item and I am contacting them today about it. I will let you know how it goes. The keys do not fit one of the locks.

Utilized customer support for question on particular item. Phone answered immediately, consultant answered questions and I was able to place order immediately. This second purchase was due to the initial experience. Will make future purchases from Autoplicity.

The radiator i ordered for my 98 Subaru was an exact fit and was $200 dollars less than the dealership. i would definitely order parts from Autoplicity again.
