I tried to call 3 times and extension 7007 was never available. People like to talk to people when they are spending money.

Great shopping experience except I did not receive the discount promised by the web site because I could not find any place to enter the coupon code during check out. Otherwise I'm glad to find your site.
One other small issue. I did not receive any tracking information when the order shipped and it arrived a couple of days later then expected so that caused a bit of worry. A tracking number would have been great to have.
