Found what I needed at a fair price. There was never an email confirming that my purchase was shipped so I had no way to track it or any idea when it would arrive. After I received my order I received an email stating that my purchase had been shipped but the information of when this took place was not included. Product was great, got it within a week, but communication to purchaser is lacking.

Easy to find the part I wanted and the website is quick and easy to navigate. I can't give a rating on the product as I haven't installed it yet. It appears to be exactly what I ordered and well made.

You can tell customer service is important to this company. Not only were the prices lower than other places but they communicate the status of the order and shipping very well. They obviously care what people think. I was suspicious of all the positive comments but decide to try them anyways. Very happy I did and definitely plan on buying from them again.
