Super easy and Quick! Called Tech. Support to confirm my part selection/fit. Really fast delivery for coming from the east coast. BUT, Part was not as pictured. I actually purchased because of the BOSAL brand and the picture was identical to the one I needed. When this one came, It looked like all the cheaper brands I could have bought for less! (Converter was way smaller than original, and not round)Totally bummed! Customer Service and shipping was great, but for the misrepresentation of the product, I rated it a three.

So far I am happy with Autoplicity's order status updates. I like when shipments are in process and with the updates I know progress is happening. When an order doesn't seem to be moving along a customer wonders what the hold up is. Well so far I don't have to wonder which makes me more patient in waiting for my order. Thank you, I will explore Autoplicity's website for more cool stuff for my car.

Autoplicity has hands down the best prices on aftermarket parts I have seen, which was a big motivator to order through them. They were very prompt in getting my order shipped. Must say I am pretty impressed.
