easy ordering process. The return process seems to be a bit more sticky. Still waiting to hear from them regarding a ticket i opened last week.

Everything arrived well packaged and in good order... It was shipped promptly, but hey, no accounting for the snow storm in the NW... I think UPS calls it an "act of God"... Thanks
