The original email you sent when I ordered said someone needed to be home to sign for delivery. Since this was going to be difficult for me , I took a vacation day to stay home to sign when the delivery took place. When the FedEx delivery came, no signature was required and the final delivery email indicated "No signature necessary." It would have been MUCH BETTER if that had been noted on the initial email. Vacation days are precious and this one was totally wasted. NOT pleased! The product is great...delivery information was sadly lacking and caused a major inconvenience for me.

Easy on line ordering they need to have better descriptions for some things, i noticed that most of the exhaust clamps do not have any SIZE descriptions...hard to order the right clamp with out knowing its diameter....
