My order had a delay. I believe this was due to the fact that it was shipping from the manufacturer so I can't really blame Autoplicity. The customer service team did not originally respond to my first e-mail, but they did respond to me once I opened a dispute in PayPal and the issue was resolved. I couldn't find a better price on the part I ordered though (or anything remotely near that price for that matter).

easy website to navigate and ordering was a breeze.. Item purchased was damaged in shipping and autoplicity was all over it.. Currently wait on my replacement parts with no hassle.. Over all great service!!
