They had the lowest price on the web and carried the part I needed. They used amazon. Heck out so it was super easy to place the order and the part shipped right away. Will definitely order from again.

Autoplicity has the lowest prices. My new shocks were shipped within 24 hours with UPS Ground tracking#. Although I was expecting a closer warehouse than the San Diego one for my product to ship from (I'm in CT), I would still rate 8.5/10 stars.<br><br> The prices were so low that I ordered struts the next day so that I could take advantage of the MONROE rebate by ordering a full set. Hi - I just want to say what a great job your customer service person - Rob Fratu did for me. I purchased a set of Mickey Thompson Indy tires thru Autoplicity's internet site. To my misfortune; the tires were out-of date (manuf. in 2005)when they were shipped from the warehouse. One of the tires immediately began to split around the outerside wall once it was mounted. I emailed pictures to Rob ; and he took care of the entire situation and got 100% of my purchase refunded to me.<br>I want to thank Rob for all his assistance and for Autoplicity for taking care of the customer and standing behind their business!! I must admit - I was a little worried and expected the worst? thanks again - best regards - Willis Hiscock
