Everything up to receiving item was fine. Only small negative is the crossmember could have been packaged better. It arrived with one corner slightly bent. I showed it Mr. Vise and straightened it out. Next step painting. Thanks!

Did not install because no torque specs on product. Too difficult to have to do twice because of install failure. Was emergency situation. Had to just risk 1300 mi. Valve damage.

great shopping experience but from my online buying experience is that if you place an order of 200 or more shipping should be free but that's just my opinion

I had a very good experience as far as placing my order and receiving my parts in a reasonable amount of time I wasn't real pleased with the price of the product with that said I probably still will continue to place orders with your company.
