Yes, I did pay for the shipping insurance. But why.......now that I realized, It was just a scam to grab more money. Why should the customer have to pay for shipping insurance? What will they think of next?

Just to let you all know i've never written a review in my life. Also I have never purchased anything major over the internet, In my sixty two years I have never had customer service as well done as this was. I worked with Clint and he found a shipping cost problem that I wasn't even aware of , by the time the trailer was delivered the problem was. Solved I can't Thank him enough for all his help. I will be using autoplicity as often as I can. Thank you all so much.
