But yes, I got the item quickly and with no issue...you just might wanna be a little more specific with your follow up emails. Instead of saying 'did you receive Order # 123ABCD' you could ask 'did you receive Order # 123ABCD Purple Winch Extension Strap' I'm not a computer...I don't know what 123ABCD means...but I know what a Purple Winch Extension Strap is.
