I'm completely satisfied with autoplicity. The shipping box was completely destroyed but the product seemed okay. There were a couple superficial things at the bottom of the battery but hopefully it wasn't damaged enough to cause an internal problem

Very upset that the first pedestal we purchased for $300 was damaged and that we cannot get a refund. We had to purchase another pedestal smaller size for $258. The slider for the new pedestal is not in stock . Not very happy !
