The fridge has not been installed yet. That's happening today at 4:30. Hopefully I will not have to contact CS.

Pump connection wires look weak, and box it arrived in was a bit beat up. Overall, the pump looks good, but I am suspect about the wire connections. They look weak and prone to breakage. Looks like they have been refurbished. Was purchased as a gift, so the receiver of pump will need to determine its quality.

Great experience, except the photos do not match the products in many cases on this website. Please work on having photos of your products that match.
