Kibblewhite 40-40143H

Was bothered about the shipment coming with a lot of damage to the box and it had foot prints all over it. I reached out with concern and was told I could return it but will be charged to restock/service. This is uncool considering the condition it arrived in from the warehouse or etc.

Ordered wrong part...customer service was fast on first order but a little slow on the second. Returns were hassle free so far
