NO COMPLAINTS OTHER THAN THE ITEM THIS PART FITS IS VERY POOR DESIGN.

First order experience was great. Received the day after I ordered. I ordered the very same item on Jul 21st, got a shipping notification and tracking number but the item appears to be stalled somewhere. I need it sooner rather than later. I have spoken with customer service via telephone call and online chat, but not getting much of a response from either. Appreciate someone looking into it as I need this item quickly. Thanks, Tim.

Purchased a Dometic 16K AC retrofit unit to replace one that died after 20 years. Price for unit was comparable to other sites, and these other sites did not have the product in stock. Other sites were not specific on when part would be available. Boatplicity offered the best price for available stock. Part arrived as promised and delivery was on time. Arrived in excellent condition due to careful shipping packaging. AC unit has been installed and appears to be working well. Thanks for your assistance.
