Ordering was easy and fast

Think I might have found a new parts place as long as everything checks out

Easy to use and intuitive

Finding the item was great. There were not many places that had it due to stock shortages from Onan/Cummins. The price was a lot lower than the closest company that stocked it. Ordering was easy. However, I contacted CS due to the fact that the "Tracking" link in the email did not lead me to any type of tracking. The only thing it did was go to the invoice for the order. I was kind of bugged as I was getting ready to head out of town and needed the part. I do web app design and implementation for a living. Someone needs to check the click on links to ensure they go to the proper place.

Finding what I wanted and the ordering process was easy to do.
