As what I was looking for was a brand name product I selected purely based on price. The purchase process went seamlessly and the two items I bought showed up within a day of each other, both well within the delivery date promised. I received a 20 % off my next order email after my first purchase. I went to use it on my second purchase and could not find it. I called customer service, but they could not locate it either. Associate gave me $15.00 off a 211.00 purchase which was nice but not the $41.00 I would have received with 20% off. Still a good value. Thanks
