When the package arrived the box was beat up pretty bad, I believe the packing may be need to be strengthen some because you never know how the shipper is going to care for the package.

Ordered a boat seat cooler. The picture in the description appeared larger than the actual size. I could tell as soon as I received it that it wasn't going to be the size I needed. I contacted them to ask if I could return it and they responded quickly with approval for a return even though I noticed on my receipt that it wasn't an item that you could return.
