Easy online ordering

First order experience was great. Received the day after I ordered. I ordered the very same item on Jul 21st, got a shipping notification and tracking number but the item appears to be stalled somewhere. I need it sooner rather than later. I have spoken with customer service via telephone call and online chat, but not getting much of a response from either. Appreciate someone looking into it as I need this item quickly. Thanks, Tim.
