The way it was described it come with everything you needed and it took over a week to get the product to find out it did not come with the lower unit so now it's going to take another 5 to 10 days to get the rest of the product it should've come with everything it's not a replacement air conditioner

I ask for a return and almost a week has gone by and have not received a return code
