Shipping was slow, but item arrived 2 days earlier than expected. A good shopping experience was expected and was received.

Was bothered about the shipment coming with a lot of damage to the box and it had foot prints all over it. I reached out with concern and was told I could return it but will be charged to restock/service. This is uncool considering the condition it arrived in from the warehouse or etc.
