5 minute ordering process, faster than going to the auto parts house. Everything went as Autoplicity indicated. I ordered on Saturday, order was processed on Monday, item was shipped on Wednesday(tracking info for UPS was emailed on Wednesday), item was received on Friday. Seven day process to save around 30$ on an 120$ part. I highly recommend their service. The only recommendation I have is to include the position in the description for brake pads. I had to check another site to verify front vs. rear pads. It's not a major issue, especially because you have some of the best prices on these pads.
