Initially I was somewhat disappointed with this site's turnaround between the purchase and shipping dates (aprox 3 days) on my merchandise. After vocalizing about the issue autoplicity's customer service actually approached me to correct the problem. With other such issues from other online stores I have had to track down someone to contact for help and then go through an ordeal to obtain assistance. I would use this site again based solely on their proactive service.

Easy and fast to order; good prices. Let's hope the items arrive safe and sound to my installer.

Was easy to find what I was looking for and being able to pay thru Amazon made this a cinch of a purchase!

In google chrome the amazon login didn't work. I couldn't get all my info in and it wouldn't continue from shipping section because it didn't allow state entry. Web issues. When I tried from IE, it worked really great. You are probably losing people who are accessing you in chrome this way.
