Helpful but calling customer service I kept getting cut off. Finally talked to Hector and he was very helpful.

I paid extra to have my order in two days, I realized your not open weekends. BUT, I didn't hear anything so I called after I ordered it on a Saturday, I figured it would be shipped on the following Monday, I called on Tues. To see where it was and it hasn't shipped at that time. Was told didn't know why, but they would check on it. Said he would send me an email to let me know. "NOTHING" I finally received an email it was shipped wednsday evening. I did receive it on Friday. Almost exactly a week later. Satisfied with the product, but NOT satisfied with the extra money I spent on delivery time.

Easy process, but could use a total and verification of info after shipping is added. Also could use better product photos and description.
